Located in the north Victoria town of Numurkah. The building was built as the Skyline Ballroom & Picture Theatre with duel usage. It soon converted to full-time cinema use, opening on 31st December 1955 as the Melba Theatre.

The building is constructed entirely of pre-fabricated galvanised iron sheets, and consequently looks like a tin shed!

The Melba Theatre was closed in March 1961, and in 2010, it is use as an engineering workshop for a motor cycle dealership.
