Opened as the Palace Theatre by the mid-1920’s with seating listed at 408. Became the Nolan Theatre in the early-1940’s. It was operated by Rowley United Theatres when it closed.

The theatre closed in the early-1950’s. It has since been demolished. Any further information on the Nolan/Palace would be appreciated.

From the early 1920s a postcard view of the Robb & Rowley Palace Theatre in Sweetwater which may have also served as the Masonic Hall in Sweetwater.

Wouldn’t you love to have those one sheets out front of the Palace.
