This was a conversion of a post office for the early British circuit – Electric Theatres (1908) Ltd, and it was open from 1910 to 1921.

Uncertain if it was demolished about 1922.
A (new?) library opened on the site in 1923.

It was demolished in the 1960’s for the second Mersey Tunnel.
