The Coronado Cinemas opened as a 4 screen on June 15, 1977 by Commonwealth Theatres. It was operated by United Artists Theatres by 1987. In the early-1990’s the theatre had 6 screens. It closed in 2004 and has been demolished.

This has been torn down. Going to movies there in the 80s was a big deal, huge crowds.
