The Lyceum Theatre, formerly located in College Point, New York is mentioned in various newspapers between 1912 and 1926. The address given for the Lyceum Theatre was 402 13th Street. With street names being changed and buildings being renumbered, that address is now obsolete. An October 26, 1926 article helps to narrow down the location of the Lyceum Theatre.
That article states that the Lyceum Theatre closed on October 16, the theatre was part of a valuable corner property located at 122nd Street and 15th Avenue and that the building had been sold shortly after the theatre closed. At the time of the sale, the owners of the Lyceum Theatre were Harry Stantzler and Morris Goldberg who also owned the Regent Theatre in College Point. The Lyceum Theatre is listed in the 1926 Film Daily Yearbook with 426 seats.

Based on the discussion over at the College Theatre page, the Lyceum would have operated in very close proximity to that newer and much larger movie house, which was located at the archaic address of 319 13th Avenue. In fact, it might have been the opening of the College Theatre, in September of 1926, that led to the Lyceum’s closing.
The building that was the former College Theatre, has a present-day address of 1508 College Point Blvd, and is located a few doors south of the southwest corner of 15th Avenue and College Point Blvd (aka 122nd Street). Who knows if the old street numbering also placed odd and even numbered buildings on opposite sides of the street from each other, but one could assume, that the Lyceum was very likely located on one of the northern corners of this same intersection.
And, now, what of the Regent Theatre…?
After looking at an old atlas page for College Point, it appears that the Lyceum may have been approximately located at 14-33 College Point Boulevard.
