The 1913 Sanborn shows a large wooden building labeled ‘Summer Vaudeville & Moving Picture Theatre’. This rambling structure was a wide one-story building, apparently enclosed, with a stage at the rear, oddly offset to accommodate what may have been a scenery/dressing room on the right side. There was a simple and small recessed ticket window in the center. The lot on the 1907 map was occupied only by a small shed or carriage house belonging to the home on the corner.

This was an odd location, well off the square, on a residential street. Although the 1926 map is unavailable, it is doubtful that this remained in operation long. For many years the site has been a vacant lot.
