Located in the Walton district to the northeast of the city. The Walton Public Baths building was leased out to John F. Wood as a cinematograph hall in the winter of 1907/1908. (Note:A website dedicated to the history of public baths in the city give an April 1909 opening date for the Queens Drive Public Baths). By October 1912 films were screened daily with weekly programme changes. The building was still standing in January 1967.

It has since been demolished and in November 1994 Lifestyles Alsop Leisure Centre (which contains a swimming pool & gymnasium) was opened, standing on the approximate site of the baths.
