Located in the south of the city centre. This theatre was constructed in a building formerly used as a warehouse. The Raspail Palace had a vast facade and under the lobby, a huge plaster circle gave the building its originality. It was operated by the independent chain, owners of the Gloria, Rivoli, Studio Rivoli, and the Demours.

After closing in 1957, the auditorium was razed but for a while the facade and the proscenium remained, giving the appearance of an open air cinema.

A huge flat building took its place later.
