BROOKLYN, NY — The Shore Theatre, which had many eras as a burlesque house, movie theater and bingo hall, was landmarked last week.

Good news, but let us hope the designation ends affording the Shore more protection than it appears to have provided the Ridgewood.
I don’t understand the designation. What has been Landmaked? Just the exterior, or the entire building? The auditorium is in ruins.
