Joe, you sure do post some great stuff!
The Sugg Theatre was later renamed Washita. It burned down on 12-27-1939 (Strange how so many competitor theatres with Griffith Theatres burned).
The current (1941) Washita Theatre now occupies this site.

George Shanbour also used profits made from the Wes-Ten Theatre to purchase the extremely popular Beverly’s (downtown) Diner, next door to the Colcord Bldg.

The Colcord Airdome sat atop Colcord Building, the Warner Theatre was to the left, and the Cooper Cinerama was behind the Colcord Bldg.

After talking with a couple of old-timers it turns out that the Cinemat XXX Cinema was a little south of Easton St on N. Main St.
Site is now a parking lot, as seen on below link.

A quicker route to see 1942 interior and exterior shots is to go to above link and type in “Tulsa Plaza Theatre”, under match all words.
Oklahoma State Historical Society now list the Plaza as torn down.

Today a large mall has replaced the Pines Theatre.
Above 3-26-06 comment states Corgan and Moore designed this cinema.
