In the Film Daily Yearbook’s 1926 and 1927 editions it is the American Theatre with 400 seats.
The Film Daily Yearbook 1930 edition lists the American Theatre with 600 seats (Closed)
No further listings, so this probably never made it to screen talkies?

On January 31, 1927 a C/O was issued for an existing building at this address. Purpose of building: 497 seat motion picture theater. In March of 1930 an extension was added to the rear of this building and it was converted for use as automobile storage.
