The Madison Theatre opened sometime in the 1920’s. It was located on Madison Avenue at North Cleveland Street. From what I found it closed sometime in the late-1950’s. The theater has been demolished and was replaced by a parking lot.

Thanks LM, at least now I know that it was open earlier than what I found. Leave it to you to come through.
