Housed in the historic Heritage Centre in Roe Street, Macclesfield, the Cinemac is a modern insertion into the building, housed on the 2nd floor.

It seats 280 on a single raked tier and occasionally holds live concerts. It opened in 2003 and is used by the Silkscreen Film Society for events.
