Built in 1932 by E.J. Moore. It was to be the Pavilion Palm Court, but has always been known as the Grand Pavilion. Originally the seating capacity was for 637. The programming consists of summer season shows, pantomime and one night shows, also with cinema use.

Located on the main sea-front, the Grand Pavilion is financed by the local Council.
