Located in the Sydney suburban beach resort of Manly. The Manly Twin Cinemas were built in 1987 on the site of the Odeon Manly, opposite the Manly Wharf and ferry terminal. The cinema opened in January 1988 and was first operated by Greater Union Theatres.
Now independently operated and known as the Manly Cinemas, programming tends to be up-market first-run and independent movies, with additional classic film screenings. The auditoriums are THX certified and have stadium seating. In late-2010, a third screen was added in adjoining premises.
