All that is now known about the Cimarron Theatre is that is was located inside the Dewey Building in downtown Gurthre. Other historical information on the Cimarron Theater has been lost to time.
Any help you can offer on the former Cimarron will be appreciated!

The old State Theatre can also be seen on the right, now Mark’s Drugs.
Oops, State Theatre is actually to the left of the Cimmaron.
I remember the Cimmaron theater being on the nw corner of Division and Oklahoma. The State was in about the middle of the block. That would have been in the late ‘40s and early '50s. Showed third run movies, cheap.
