Marcus Center for the Performing Arts - Peck Pavilion

The Marcus Center for the Performing Arts, named for the Marcus Theatres Corporation headquartered in Milwaukee, opened around 1969 and cost 12.7 million, a new wing was added in 1997.

The open-air Peck Pavilion is Milwaukee’s first space-frame structure, at a gorgeous location on the Milwaukee River, adjacent to a mature grove of chestnut trees and provides comfortable sheltered theater seating for film series. Dale Kuntz, Milwaukee’s Mr. Movies showed films at the Performing Arts Center.
