Located in Portsmouth city centre. This was built in early 1912 as a small music hall, opening around April 1912 as Keast’s Gaiety Music Hall, and operated by William Keast. In June 1913 it was equipped with an Ernemann projector and became the Gaiety Picture Saloon. It was closed in 1918.

In 2011, the building now standing on the site is used by Zoe Clothing, a women’s clothing store.
