It looks like this drive-in closed in the mid 1970s.
A High Bridge Theater was also listed in the 1947 IMPA. As the introduction notes, this was most likely an aka as opposed to a separate theater.
In the late 1940s the Strand was operated by the St. Cloud Amusement Company, headquartered in Washington, NJ. President was Harvey Newins.

They show first run movies-currently showing double feature of “Back Up Plan” with “Blind Side”.

I missed a couple of scenes in “2012” running to the restroom and back. I think that movie was two hours plus, although you could have cut out all the exposition and just left in the cities getting destroyed and everyone would have been happy.
Current occupant is the dog spa/gym as mentioned last October. Not good reviews of the spa on the web.
The property is used for swap meets and the occasional circus. http://tinyurl.com/27k8pke
It may have lasted into the early 70s. Architect should be updated per Joe Vogel’s information of 12/15/08.
