Not to be confused with the later DeLuxe Theatre in the Uptown neighborhood, this Deluxe Theatre was located in the Woodlawn neighborhood on East 63rd Street at South Cottage Grove Avenue, not far from the “El” station. The Deluxe Theatre was opened in 1911 and was closed in 1923.
