Built in 1905 or 1907 (sources can’t agree) by William McIlheran at 311 (1311)Elm Street, Dallas, Texas. Supposed to be the first movie theater in Dallas but that is questionable. It became the Wonderland then in 1912 became the Dixie at 1311-15 Elm.
