Opened as the Clifford in the 20s, this 300-seat theater located near the border with Oak Park was renamed the Town in the mid-30s.

It was closed in the early 50s and was later converted to retail use but currently stands vacant.

The building is being advertised for sale. It is unrecognizable as a theater as the front of the building has been glassed in.
