Located at the corner of 46th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway, in the Borough Park district. This was the first Garden Theatre to open in the neighbourhood. It was as small theatre operating by 1912. It was possibly replaced by the second, 1916 built Garden Theatre located close-by on New Utrecht Avenue.
